Ingredients
- 2 pounds chicken wings
- 1 1/4 cups water
- 10 tablespoons dark soy sauce
- 5 tablespoons light soy sauce
- 1 clove crushed garlic
- 1 green onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup sesame oil
- 1 dash sesame oil

Divide the chicken wings into three equal parts.

Combine the chicken, water, dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, minced garlic, and chopped green onion in a large skillet.

Stir the ingredients together and cook for 15 minutes over medium heat, allowing the flavors to meld.

Add a generous amount of sesame oil, approximately 1/4 cup, and continue to simmer the mixture for an additional 15 minutes over low heat.

Increase the heat to bring the mixture to a boil, then add another small amount of sesame oil.

Immediately remove the skillet from the heat source and let it cool to room temperature before serving.
