  • 2 eggs, beaten

  • 1/4 cup dry potato flakes
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon celery salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried dill weed
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Mingle the salmon, onion, eggs, bread crumbs, potato flakes, garlic, celery salt, dill, salt, and black pepper in a bowl; shape into 2-inch balls before flattening them into patties approximately 1/2-inch thick.

Drizzle olive oil into a medium-sized skillet over a moderate heat setting. Cook the patties, in batches, until they are lightly browned on both sides, taking around 5 minutes for each side.
