  • 1 clove garlic, peeled
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons dry bread crumbs, or more as needed
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil, or more as needed

Prep the zucchini by sprinkling minced garlic over its slices and placing them aside for now

Prepare three small containers, one for each of the ingredients you'll be using: a bowl with beaten egg, another with flour, and a third with bread crumbs.

Dust the zucchini slices generously with flour, shaking off any excess. Dip each slice in the beaten egg, making sure it's fully coated, and then coat it evenly with bread crumbs.
