Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and let the bananas dry out for 90 minutes.

Every now and then, gently lift a slice of banana to check on its progress and ensure it's not sticking to the parchment paper. Continue baking until the bananas reach your desired level of dryness, which may take anywhere from 30 to 90 minutes more.
