  • 4 green onions, chopped
  • 1/4 cup oyster sauce
  • 5 pounds boneless chicken thighs, cut in half
  • 2 cups vegetable oil, for deep frying

Incorporate the chicken thighs into the mixture, ensuring they are evenly coated. Cover and refrigerate for an extended period of time overnight. Retrieve the chicken from the refrigerator approximately 10 minutes prior to frying.
