Pour approximately one-quarter cup of batter into the preheated pan. Rotate the pan to create a perfectly round shape with the batter. Allow it to cook for 2-4 minutes, or until bubbles form throughout the mixture. Use a spatula to carefully release the crepe from the pan, then give it a gentle flick of your wrist to flip and toss it back into the pan. Cook for an additional 30 seconds on the second side, or until it's lightly browned. Repeat this process with the remaining batter.
