Combine dry ingredients, including flour, salt, pepper, red chili powder, and garlic powder, in a bowl. Crack eggs into the same bowl and mix until well combined with the dry ingredients. Gradually add beer to the mixture, stirring continuously until a smooth batter forms.

Heat oil in a deep frying device or a large cooking vessel to the specified temperature of 365 degrees F (180 degrees C). Prepare a dipping station by mixing the batter ingredients. Dip sliced jalapeños into the prepared batter, coating them evenly.
