- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon vinegar-based hot pepper sauce
- 3/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon seasoning salt
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 cup cornmeal
- 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 (32 ounce) jar dill pickle slices
- 1 cup vegetable oil for deep frying
- salt and pepper to taste

Collect all necessary components.

Combine 2 eggs, a quarter cup of the flour, buttermilk, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, cayenne pepper, seasoning salt and garlic powder in a large bowl.

In another mixing container, blend cornmeal, 2 cups of the flour, salt and three-quarters of a teaspoon of black pepper.

Preheat the oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 365 degrees F (180 degrees C). Dip the drained pickles into a milk mixture and then coat them in the flour mixture.

Fry until golden brown.

Transfer to paper towels. Add salt and pepper according to your preference
