- 6 slices white bread, cut into thirds

Combine eggs, powdered sugar, milk, maple syrup, brown sugar, and cinnamon in a bowl using a fork until they are completely incorporated and the mixture is smooth.

Dip each bread stick into this egg mixture thoroughly.

Preheat a skillet over medium heat and spray it with non-stick cooking spray.

Place the bread sticks in the hot skillet and cook until they are golden brown, 2 to 3 minutes; flip them over and continue cooking until the other side is also golden brown, an additional 2 to 3 minutes.
