Combine chicken with a generous amount of condensed soup, bread crumbs, diced celery, chopped onion, and a pinch of poultry seasoning in a large mixing container; blend everything together thoroughly and form into six uniform shapes, which can be referred to as croquettes or patties. Place them in the refrigerator for approximately 1 hour to allow them to firm up.

Roll these chicken shapes in an additional layer of bread crumbs. In a large frying pan, heat butter over medium heat; add the chicken shapes and cook until they turn golden brown on both sides, taking around 3 to 4 minutes per side.

During this time, combine the remaining condensed soup, milk, and a tiny amount of poultry seasoning in a small saucepan over low heat; cook, stirring occasionally, until the mixture is warmed through. Serve this sauce alongside the chicken shapes.
