  • 2 green onions with tops, thinly sliced
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon light soy sauce
  • 48 wonton wrappers

Lightly mist a baking sheet with cooking spray.

Combine softened cream cheese, crabmeat, chopped green onions, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, and soy sauce in a mixing bowl.

To maintain the freshness of wonton wrappers, work with only one or two at a time, keeping the remaining wrappers covered with a damp cloth.

Place 1 teaspoon of crab mixture onto the center of each wonton wrapper.

Moisten the edges with water and fold the wrapper diagonally to form a triangle, pressing the edges together firmly and eliminating any air pockets.
