  • 3 tablespoons wheat germ
  • 1 (1 ounce) envelope dry onion soup mix
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil (for frying)
  • 1 (10 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup

Preheat the oven to its highest temperature setting, which is 350 degrees Fahrenheit or 175 degrees Celsius.

In a large mixing container, whisk together eggs until they become smooth. Then, incorporate cottage cheese, rolled oats, wheat germ, soup mix, and dried thyme into the egg mixture.

Using your hands or a spoon, shape the mixture into 8 identical patties.
