  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 3/4 cup coconut milk
  • 2 cups vegetable oil for frying
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar

Combine rice flour, shredded coconut, and 3/4 cup of coconut milk in a mixing container until the ingredients are evenly blended. Shape the mixture into small, rounded portions, approximately 1 tablespoon each.

Heat a substantial amount of oil in a cooking vessel over a moderate temperature.

Fry the small, rounded portions in the hot oil until they are lightly golden brown, around 5 minutes. Take the pot off the heat source and transfer the fried balls to a plate lined with paper towels.

Pour 1/2 cup of coconut milk into a cooking pot; bring it to a rolling boil. Introduce brown sugar into the hot coconut milk mixture and stir until the liquid thickens, taking an additional 2 to 3 minutes. Remove the pot from the heat source, allow the coconut coating to cool slightly, and then dip the fried balls into the warm coating. Allow them to cool slightly before serving.
