Dip the chicken pieces into the egg mixture until they're completely coated. Then, pass them through a mixture of flour, paprika, and garlic powder until they're evenly coated on all sides. Gently shake off any excess mixture.

Fry the chicken pieces in the melted butter until they're golden brown, flipping them halfway through. This should take around 2-3 minutes per side. Add chicken broth to the skillet, cover it with a lid, and continue cooking until the chicken is no longer pink in its center, approximately 20 minutes.
