- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Combine chicken, bread crumbs, finely chopped onion, shredded mozzarella cheese, beaten egg, mayonnaise, salt, and garlic powder in a bowl until everything is harmoniously incorporated. Form the mixture into 8 uniform patties of equal size.
