Remove the bacon from the skillet using paper towels, leaving the remaining fat in the cooking vessel.

Next, cook the onion within the residual bacon grease in the skillet until it becomes transparent and soft, taking approximately 5 minutes. Add the Brussels sprouts to the skillet and mix them thoroughly with the remaining bacon fat.
