  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 2 cups panko bread crumbs
  • 1 head cauliflower, broken into florets

Begin by preheating your oven to a high temperature of 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Next, prepare a baking sheet by covering it with parchment paper to prevent sticking.

To make the egg mixture, combine eggs, salt, and black pepper in a bowl and whisk them together until well combined.

In another bowl, place the panko bread crumbs. This will be used to coat the cauliflower florets.

Dip each cauliflower floret into the egg mixture, making sure they are fully coated, and then transfer them to the bowl containing the panko bread crumbs. Gently roll the cauliflower around in the breadcrumbs to coat evenly.

Place the coated cauliflower florets on the prepared baking sheet, making sure they are not overlapping. This will allow for even cooking.
