  • 2 cups vegetable oil for frying

Combine eggs and milk in a bowl to create a uniform mixture, stirring until it reaches a smooth consistency. Isolate the bacon strips and submerge them in the milk mixture for 30 minutes to allow it to penetrate evenly.

Preheat your oven to a temperature of 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Heat oil in a deep skillet over medium-high heat to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

Mix together the flour, salt, and pepper in a separate container to create a dry coating. Remove the bacon strips from the egg mixture, and coat them evenly with the flour mixture. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil to facilitate easy cleanup.

Cook the bacon strips in batches of 3-5 slices at a time, until they turn golden brown and crispy, approximately 4 minutes per batch. Transfer the cooked bacon to a paper towel-lined plate for draining excess moisture. Once all of the bacon has been cooked, arrange it on the prepared baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven until crispy, around 7 minutes.
