  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 (5 ounce) package finely chopped lettuce
  • 6 (6 inch) tortillas, warmed
  • 1/4 cup fresh chopped cilantro
  • 1 red bell pepper, seeded and chopped
  • 1 bunch chopped green onions, white parts only
  • 3 tablespoons crema con sal (salted Mexican-style sour cream)
  • 1/4 cup shredded Mexican cheese blend, or to taste

Combine vodka, freshly squeezed orange juice, minced garlic, ground cumin, dried coriander, smoked paprika, sweet paprika, and a pinch of heat from cayenne pepper in a resealable plastic bag. Add succulent shrimp and let it sit for 20 minutes to allow the flavors to penetrate.

Heat an air fryer to a scorching 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) for 5 minutes, preparing it for the shrimp's transformation.
