  • 4 ounces lump crab meat
  • 2 tablespoons chopped scallions
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 serving nonstick cooking spray
  • 24 wonton wrappers
  • 2 tablespoons Asian sweet chili sauce, for dipping

Combine a generous amount of cream cheese, succulent crab meat, finely chopped scallions, savory soy sauce, and a hint of Worcestershire sauce in a substantial bowl; blend until everything is harmoniously incorporated. Set the filling aside for later use.

Next, preheat your air fryer to a moderate temperature of 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). To prevent sticking, lightly grease the air fryer basket with a non-stick cooking spray. Prepare a small container with warm water for dipping purposes.

On a clean, flat surface, arrange 12 wonton wrappers in an orderly fashion. Using your thumb and index finger, place a small amount of the prepared filling – approximately 1 teaspoon – in the center of each wonton wrapper. Dip your index finger into the bowl of warm water and gently moisten the edges of each wonton wrapper.
