Combine granulated sugar, dark brown sugar, ground cinnamon, and ground nutmeg in a separate container to create a sweet and aromatic blend.

Divide the biscuit dough into individual portions and use a biscuit cutter or the rim of a piping tip to create a ring-shaped doughnut. Place these doughnuts in the air fryer basket.
