- 1 (15.5 ounce) can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 3/4 tablespoon avocado oil
- 2 teaspoons chili-lime seasoning (such as TajinĀ®)
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 pinch cayenne pepper, or to taste
- salt to taste

Preheat your air fryer oven to a high temperature of 400 degrees Fahrenheit (200 degrees Celsius).

Line the air fryer basket with a non-stick cooking spray or a parchment paper liner to prevent food from sticking.

Allow the chickpeas to dry out by placing them on a paper towel-lined plate and gently patting them down with another paper towel on top.

Combine the dried chickpeas in a medium-sized bowl and add a drizzle of avocado oil, sprinkling with a blend of spices including Tajin, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper. Mix everything together until the chickpeas are evenly coated.

Carefully transfer the seasoned chickpeas to the air fryer basket, and cook for 12-15 minutes, stirring or shaking the basket halfway through to achieve your desired level of crispiness.
