- 1/2 (18 ounce) package prepared polenta, cut into 3/4-inch wedges

Heat the air fryer to its highest temperature setting, equivalent to 356 degrees F (or 180 degrees C on the scale used in your device).

In a small container, mix together oil and Cajun seasoning until well combined. Using a pastry brush, apply the seasoned oil mixture evenly to each polenta wedge, making sure to cover them thoroughly. Lightly sprinkle a pinch of salt over the wedges for added flavor.

Arrange the coated polenta wedges in a single layer within the air fryer basket, allowing some of them to overlap slightly if necessary.

Place the wedges in the preheated air fryer and cook for 10 minutes. Use a silicone spatula to gently flip the wedges over, taking care not to break them. Continue cooking, occasionally shaking the basket to ensure even cooking and using your spatula to free any wedges that may be sticking, until they reach a crispy texture. This will take an additional 15 to 20 minutes.
