Crispy Air-Fried Bang-Bang Chicken
Ingredients
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Sriracha sauce
  • 1/3 cup flour
  • 1 pound chicken breast tenderloins, cut into bite-size pieces
  • 1 1/2 cups panko bread crumbs
  • 2 green onions, chopped
Instructions
1
Combine mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and Sriracha in a large bowl until the ingredients are thoroughly incorporated. Set aside 3/4 cup of the sauce for later use.
2
In a separate large container, place flour and add chicken pieces. Seal the bag and vigorously shake to evenly coat the chicken with flour.
3
Transfer the coated chicken pieces to the bowl containing the mayonnaise mixture and stir until everything is well combined.
4
In another large container, place panko bread crumbs. Working in batches, gently drop chicken pieces into the bread crumbs and seal the bag. Shake to coat the chicken evenly with the bread crumbs.
5
Preheat an air fryer to 400 degrees Fahrenheit (200 degrees Celsius).
6
Carefully place as many chicken pieces into the air fryer basket without overcrowding, ensuring each piece has enough space to cook evenly.
7
Cook the chicken in the preheated air fryer for 10 minutes. Flip the chicken and cook for an additional 5 minutes. Repeat with any remaining chicken pieces.
8
Transfer the fried chicken to another large container and pour the reserved sauce over the top. Sprinkle with green onions and toss everything together until the chicken is evenly coated.
9
Serve the hot fried chicken immediately.
