- 2 pinches salt
Instructions

Combine shredded cabbage, diced mandarin oranges, chopped green onion, and dried cranberries in a salad bowl.

Roast pine nuts in a small skillet over medium heat, stirring constantly, until they emit a pleasant aroma and turn a light golden brown color, approximately 2 minutes.

Transfer the toasted pine nuts to another bowl and allow them to cool down.

Mix canola oil, vinegar, sugar, and salt in a bowl until the sugar and salt have fully incorporated and dissolved.
