  • 1 1/2 pounds ground pork sausage
  • 1 (8 ounce) package refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • salt and pepper to taste

Preheat your oven to the highest temperature setting, which is 425 degrees Fahrenheit.

Next, lightly coat a 9x13-inch baking dish with a non-stick cooking spray to prevent the dough from sticking.

Heat a large, deep pan over a medium-high heat source. Cook and stir the sausage in the hot pan until it is nicely browned and crumbles easily, taking around 5 to 7 minutes. Remove the cooked sausage from the pan and set it aside.

Arrange the crescent rolls flat on the bottom of the prepared baking dish. In a separate large bowl, combine the cooked sausage, shredded cheese, beaten eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Pour this mixture over the crescent rolls.
