Creamy Zucchini Soup
Ingredients

  • 5 zucchini, sliced
  • 7 cubes chicken bouillon
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened and cut into 4 sections

Combine water, zucchini, and bouillon cubes in a large cooking vessel; heat until it reaches its boiling point. Lower the temperature to a moderate level, then cover and cook slowly, stirring occasionally, until the zucchini is soft and tender, approximately 20 minutes.

Gently add cream cheese to the cooking vessel. Continue to cook and stir until the cream cheese has fully incorporated and melted, around 5 minutes. Use an electric blender to mix the soup until it is completely smooth and free of lumps.
