Ingredients
- 1 medium zucchini, cubed
- 2 tablespoons white sugar
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 3/4 teaspoon dried oregano
- 2 cups mayonnaise

Submerge zucchini in a saucepan and immerse it with sufficient water to envelop the vegetable completely. Bring the mixture to a rolling boil and cook until the zucchini is soft and palatable, approximately 5 minutes. Drain the liquid.

Transfer the cooked zucchini to a food processor or blender; pulverize until it reaches a uniform consistency. Introduce sugar, soy sauce, garlic, and oregano into the mixture; blend until well combined.

Transfer the blended purée to a serving container and stir in mayonnaise. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour prior to presenting the dish.
