- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1/2 cup frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
- 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Begin by preheating your oven to a high temperature, specifically 350 degrees Fahrenheit or 175 degrees Celsius. Next, lightly coat the inside of a small baking dish with a thin layer of oil or cooking spray to prevent sticking.

In a separate bowl, combine softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, grated Parmesan cheese, crumbled Romano cheese, minced garlic, chopped basil, a pinch of garlic salt, and a few grinds of pepper. Mix these ingredients together until they are well incorporated.

Gently fold in the artichoke hearts and chopped spinach into the cream cheese mixture, taking care not to overmix.
