  • 1 1/2 cups chopped potatoes
  • 1 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 cup sliced carrots
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 pound shrimp
  • 1/2 pound bay scallops
  • 1/2 pound crabmeat
  • 1/2 pound calamari tubes
  • 1 (6.5 ounce) can chopped clams

Combine softened cream cheese, half a cup of milk, and minced garlic in a large saucepan over low heat; gently warm and stir until well combined, taking approximately 3 minutes.

Add the condensed soup, undrained corn, remaining one cup of milk, diced potatoes, chopped green onions, sliced carrots, chopped parsley, black pepper, and cayenne pepper to the mixture; stir until everything is fully incorporated.
