- 3 tablespoons additional heavy cream for topping

Combine 3 cups of heavy cream and granulated sugar in a saucepan. Stir the mixture until it's well combined, then place the saucepan over medium heat and bring the cream to a rolling boil. Allow it to cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Next, stir in the juice of a fresh lemon.

Transfer the mixture to individual serving glasses and refrigerate until it has firmed up, approximately 5 hours. Just before serving, drizzle a small amount of additional heavy cream over the surface of each glass.
