- 1 bunch fresh cilantro, stems trimmed
- 3 avocados, peeled and pitted
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- salt to taste

Begin by heating water in a large vessel until it reaches its boiling point. Next, introduce the tomatillos and jalapenos into the pot of boiling water. Continue to cook until the tomatillos have transformed into a vibrant green color and become tender, approximately 10 minutes.

In the meantime, combine cilantro, avocados, cooked tomatillos, and jalapenos in a high-speed blender. If necessary, blend the ingredients in batches to ensure everything is well incorporated. Process until a smooth consistency is achieved, around 1-2 minutes.

Add approximately one tablespoon of the cooking water from the tomatillos, or as required, if you find your salsa too thick. Continue blending until it reaches the desired consistency.

Immediately stop the blender and add a pinch of garlic powder to taste. Season with salt accordingly. Blend again briefly to distribute the seasonings evenly.
