- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 2 teaspoons curry powder, or to taste

Insert a steamer insert into a saucepan, ensuring it's centered and secure. Fill the saucepan with water, leaving about an inch at the bottom to prevent overflow.

Place cauliflower into the steamer insert, covering it with a lid to trap the steam. Steam for 2-6 minutes or until the cauliflower is tender.

In a separate saucepan, combine soup, processed cheese, and Cheddar cheese over medium-low heat. Stir constantly as the mixture warms up until it reaches a smooth, creamy consistency, taking about 3-5 minutes.
