  • 1/2 (1 pound) loaf sourdough bread, cubed
  • 1 pound imitation crabmeat, flaked
  • 3 stalks celery, chopped
  • 1/2 small onion, chopped
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • salt and pepper to taste

Submerge eggs in a saucepan, then cover them with cold water. Heat the water to its boiling point. Once boiling, cover the saucepan and remove it from the heat source. Allow the eggs to sit in the hot water for 10-12 minutes, followed by a gradual cooling process. Remove the eggs from the hot water and let them cool down before peeling and chopping them.

Cut off the crust of a bread loaf, then cut it into small, uniform cubes. You can either discard the crust or set it aside for future use.
