Boil a substantial quantity of lightly salted water in a large pot until it reaches a rolling boil. Introduce lasagna noodles into the boiling water and cook for 8 to 10 minutes, or until they have achieved an al dente texture; subsequently, drain the noodles and rinse them with cold water.
