- 2 heads broccoli, chopped
- 2 potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 4 ounces stilton cheese

Add a generous amount of oil to the pan, allowing it to warm up and become fluid.

Next, introduce a medium-sized onion into the saucepan and initiate cooking, continuing this process until the onion becomes transparent, which typically takes between 5 to 7 minutes.

Subsequently, incorporate broccoli and potatoes into the saucepan, stirring them in as you go.

Continue cooking these vegetables until they release their moisture and begin to soften, taking an additional 5 to 10 minutes.
