Gradually add the avocado mixture to the saucepan, stirring constantly as it warms through, approximately 5 minutes. Introduce the heavy cream into the saucepan and continue to cook until it reaches a warm temperature, but avoid bringing it to a boil. Add a pinch of salt to enhance the flavors.
