- 1 ounce Swiss cheese, sliced
- 1 ounce Cheddar cheese, sliced
- 1/2 ripe avocado, sliced

Heat a generous amount of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Gently release eggs into the skillet; cook for 1 to 2 minutes. Rotate and continue cooking egg until it reaches desired doneness, an additional 2 to 5 minutes. Move eggs to a plate and add a pinch of salt and pepper.

Place a small amount of butter onto one side of each bread slice. Warm a skillet over medium heat. Position bread slices in the hot skillet, butter-side down. Rapidly stack Swiss cheese, 1 cooked egg, Cheddar cheese, 1 cooked egg, avocado, and the remaining bread slice, butter-side up.
