Creamy Artichoke Spinach Dip
Ingredients
  • 1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained
  • 1/3 cup grated Romano cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1/3 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
1
Preheat your oven to a high heat setting of 350 degrees Fahrenheit, or equivalently, 175 degrees Celsius.
2
To prevent the dish from sticking, lightly coat a rectangular baking container measuring 9 inches in width and 13 inches in length with a non-stick cooking spray.
3
Combine artichoke hearts, Romano cheese, Parmesan cheese, and minced garlic in a food processor or blender. Process the ingredients until they are coarsely chopped, but not pulverized into a fine paste. Set the mixture aside.
4
In a separate container, blend together fresh spinach leaves, heavy cream, sour cream, and shredded mozzarella cheese. Gradually incorporate the artichoke mixture into this blend. Transfer the resulting mixture to your prepared baking dish.
5
Place the dish in a preheated oven and bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the cheese has melted and is bubbly throughout.
