Gradually add 1/4 cup of almond milk, whisking continuously until a smooth and airy texture is achieved. Continue adding the almond milk in 1/4 cup increments, whisking thoroughly after each addition.

Next, place the saucepan over medium-high heat and cook, stirring constantly, until the mixture reaches a simmering point and begins to thicken, approximately 5 minutes.

Immediately remove the saucepan from the heat source and stir in melted butter until fully incorporated. Then, add vanilla extract and pour the pudding mixture into a serving container. Cover it with a lid and refrigerate until chilled, for at least 30 minutes
