Ingredients
- 1 large orange, quartered with peel
- 1 pound cranberries
- 1 1/2 cups white sugar
- 1/2 cup apricot preserves
- 1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice

Chop the orange into small pieces using a food processor.

Combine cranberries and sugar in a large saucepan, then heat over medium heat while stirring constantly until the cranberries start to burst and release their juices, approximately 10 minutes.

Transfer the cranberry mixture to a bowl, then stir in the apricot preserves until they have fully incorporated and melted. Combine this mixture with the chopped orange, crushed pineapple that has been drained of its excess liquid, and lemon juice. Cover the bowl with a lid and refrigerate until the mixture has chilled thoroughly.
