- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg

Begin by placing a medium-sized saucepan over high heat and bring the water to a rolling boil. Next, add sugar to the boiling water and continue cooking until it has completely dissolved.

Subsequently, decrease the heat to a gentle simmer and introduce the cranberries, orange puree, apple, pear, dried fruit, pecans, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg into the saucepan. Cover the saucepan with a lid, then continue to cook for 30 minutes, periodically stirring the mixture to prevent scorching.
