- 3/4 cup whole milk
- 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2/3 cup grapeseed oil
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon molasses
- 1 orange, zested
- 1 1/2 cups fresh cranberries

Preheat your oven to a high temperature of 400 degrees Fahrenheit (200 degrees Celsius).

Next, prepare your muffin tin by either lightly coating it with a non-stick spray or lining each cup with a sheet of paper for easy removal.

In a large mixing bowl, blend together the bran and brown sugar until well combined.

Meanwhile, heat up milk in a microwave-safe glass measuring cup for approximately 1 minute. The milk should be almost boiling at this point.

Pour the hot milk over the bran mixture in the bowl and mix until everything is well incorporated.
