  • 4 ounces frozen crab meat, thawed
  • 4 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce

Heat a generous amount of vegetable oil in a deep frying pan over high heat; cook wonton strips until they reach a crispy golden brown, approximately 2 to 4 minutes. Remove them from the heat and place on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
