- 4 large eggs, beaten
- 1/4 cup cottage cheese
- 1 teaspoon chopped fresh chives, or to taste
- ground black pepper to taste

Collect and prepare all necessary components before commencing the cooking process.

Heat a skillet over an intermediate temperature, then melt butter within it.

Pour beaten eggs into the skillet; allow them to cook unattended for a short period, until the bottom of the eggs starts to solidify, approximately 1 to 2 minutes.

Combine cottage cheese and chives with the eggs, then add a pinch of black pepper to taste.

Continue cooking and stirring until the eggs have almost reached their desired level of doneness, taking around 3 to 4 minutes longer.
