  • 2 cups cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2/3 cup white sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Preheat the oven to its lowest temperature setting, which is 325 degrees Fahrenheit or 165 degrees Celsius.

Melt the butter in an 8 inch square baking dish, allowing it to reach a liquid state. Then, stir in the graham cracker crumbs, 2 tablespoons of granulated sugar and a pinch of cinnamon. Spread the mixture evenly over the bottom and sides of the dish, making sure to cover every surface. Set it aside for later use.

In a food processor or blender, combine the cottage cheese, milk, eggs, flour, lemon juice, vanilla extract, 2/3 cup of sugar and a pinch of salt. Blend the ingredients together until they form a smooth, uniform mixture.
