  • 1 (16 ounce) package tri-color rotini pasta
  • 1 (16 ounce) bottle Italian-style salad dressing
  • 1 (8 ounce) package mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup fresh broccoli florets
  • 1 (6 ounce) can black olives, drained and sliced
  • 1/4 pound sliced pepperoni sausage

Fill a large pot with salted water and heat it to a high temperature, causing the water to vigorously bubble. Introduce rotini into the pot and continue to heat until the water returns to a rolling boil. Cook the pasta without covering it, occasionally stirring the mixture, until it reaches your desired level of doneness, approximately 8 minutes. Remove from heat and rinse the pasta under cold running water twice.

Combine cooked rotini, dressing, cheese, broccoli, olives, and pepperoni in a large bowl. Mix the ingredients thoroughly until they are well incorporated.
