Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 (12 ounce) package semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 (14 ounce) package flaked coconut
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 (10.5 ounce) package rainbow colored miniature marshmallows

Melt the butter and chocolate chips together in a small saucepan over low heat, stirring occasionally. Allow the mixture to cool slightly before gently folding in the walnuts and marshmallows. Set the mixture aside to continue cooling completely.

Next, prepare a surface for shaping the dough. Line a flat surface with shredded coconut. Divide the cooled dough into two equal parts, making sure each portion is identical in size and consistency. Roll out each portion into a long, thin cylinder shape. Coat the cylinders evenly with additional shredded coconut. Wrap each cylinder snugly in waxed paper, followed by a layer of plastic wrap. Chill the dough rolls refrigerated overnight or for an extended period.

Finally, slice the chilled dough rolls into 1/2-inch-thick pieces to serve.
