Ingredients
- 1 pound spaghetti
- 1 (16 ounce) bottle Italian-style salad dressing
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- 8 ounces shredded Cheddar cheese
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 1 cucumber, peeled and chopped
Instructions
1
Boil a large quantity of salted water in a deep pot until it reaches a rolling boil.
2
Submerge the spaghetti into the boiling water and cook for approximately 7-9 minutes, or until it reaches the desired level of firmness.
3
Drain the spaghetti in a colander and immediately submerge it in an ice bath to stop the cooking process.
4
In a separate container, combine diced tomatoes, sliced green bell pepper, chopped onion, and grated cucumber.
5
Add shredded Cheddar cheese and a pinch of salad seasoning to the bowl with vegetables.
6
Gradually add the cooled spaghetti to the bowl, ensuring it is well-coated with the vegetable mixture.
7
Pour a store-bought or homemade salad dressing over the top of the pasta and vegetables, then mix everything together thoroughly.
8
To enhance the overall flavor, refrigerate the salad for several hours before serving it chilled.
