- 1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 2 pounds sirloin steak

Combine cola, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, horseradish, garlic, and black pepper in a medium-sized bowl until the marinade is thoroughly blended. Transfer the mixture to a resealable plastic container. Place the steak inside and coat it evenly with the marinade. Remove any excess air from the bag, seal it tightly, and refrigerate for 24 hours.

Heat up your grill to a scorching hot temperature of 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Remove the steak from the bag and discard the marinade. Place the steak on the preheated grill and cook it to your desired level of doneness, approximately 5 minutes per side. To check for the perfect medium doneness, insert an instant-read thermometer into the center of the steak and wait for it to reach 140 degrees F (60 degrees C).
